Centrifugal Oil Seperation

YAK-60 is produced with the aim of degreasing the workpieces that came out of production, with oily parts. YAK-60 performs the degreasing process by throwing the oils on the workpieces in the perforated basket, which rotates at high speed, by being thrown out by centrifugal power. An optional hot air unit is added to the machine. This ensures easy disposal of the heated oil, as well as drying if needed. The machine can be filled automatically from the top, optionally. The unloading process is in the form of bottom flow by lifting the middle hub up with the help of a pedal. Therefore, it is not suitable for non-flowing materials such as sawdust. It is suitable for bulky parts such as nuts, screws, pins.
